Live Luxe hosts and manages ninety apartments across Melbourne — from studios at Flagstaff Gardens to a four-bedroom penthouse on William Street, with the largest cluster in the two La Trobe Street towers in Docklands. Enquiries come to us, and we answer them ourselves — in English or Chinese.
Three things we do differently, and one of them is telling you the awkward part up front.
There's no reception because we'd rather you didn't have to wait at one. Your check-in note says where the keys are and how the doors work — at the La Trobe Street towers, keys are at EzyMart on the ground floor of 677, then a door code and a FOB for the rest of your stay.
Enquiries come to us, in English or Chinese, and we answer them ourselves rather than routing you through a platform's message system.
Docklands is a busy waterfront precinct and it sounds like one. At the La Trobe Street towers the pool is at 673, so if you're at 677 you walk next door. Not every apartment comes with parking, and each listing says whether it does. All of that is on the site before you book, not after.

Our base is Docklands: two towers on the north side of La Trobe Street, 673 and 677, a few steps apart on the same footpath, where we host eighteen apartments. Marvel Stadium is across the road, and Southern Cross Station is a few minutes' walk east. The rest are spread across the CBD, Southbank, Port Melbourne and Richmond — every one of them is on the Projects page.
Key collection for the La Trobe Street towers is at EzyMart on the ground floor of 677. It's a convenience store, and it catches people out, so the directions are worth reading before you arrive.
