Who we are
Live Luxe Pty Ltd (ABN 16 678 772 613), trading as Live Luxe, is a short-stay apartment management company based in Melbourne, Victoria. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" mean Live Luxe. You can reach our privacy contact at [email protected].
What we collect
If you are an apartment owner or enquiring about our services
- Your name, email address and mobile number.
- Details about your apartment: its location, whether it is vacant, tenanted, owner-occupied or already listed, when it could be available, its current weekly rent and whether it is furnished.
- If you become a client: identification and ownership documents, bank account details for owner payments, and the records we keep while managing your apartment.
If you are a guest
- Your name, contact details, booking details and the identity verification we run before a stay, which may include a copy of photo identification.
- Messages you exchange with our guest team, and the noise and occupancy readings from monitoring devices in the apartment (these measure sound levels and device counts; they do not record audio or video).
If you visit this website
- Standard web data such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit and how you arrived here, collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
How we use it
- To prepare the earnings estimate you asked for and to contact you about it.
- To provide, price, market and administer short-stay management services, including guest bookings, cleaning, maintenance and owner reporting.
- To verify guests, protect the apartments we manage and comply with building rules and the law.
- To send you information about our services that we think is relevant. You can opt out at any time (see below).
- To improve this website and our marketing, including measuring which advertising brings people to us.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is needed to do the things above, with:
- Booking platforms guests book through, such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
- Service providers who run systems for us: our property management software (Hostaway), our customer relationship and messaging platform (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel), email and SMS providers, identity verification and payment providers, and website analytics and advertising platforms (Google and Meta).
- Cleaning, linen and maintenance contractors, to the extent they need booking details to do their work.
- Building managers or owners corporations where a building's rules require it, and regulators, law enforcement or courts where the law requires it.
Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. Where we send information overseas we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it in a way consistent with Australian privacy law.
Marketing and opting out
If you ask us for an earnings estimate we will contact you about it and may follow up about our services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and you can reply STOP to any marketing SMS. You can also email us and we will remove you from our marketing lists.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (the Meta pixel and Google Ads). These help us understand how the site is used and whether our advertising works. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the site still works with cookies turned off, although some measurement will not.
Security and retention
We keep personal information on access-controlled systems and limit it to the people who need it. We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and for any period the law requires (for example, financial records for seven years). Identity documents collected for guest verification are deleted once they are no longer needed for the stay or any dispute about it.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. If you think we have mishandled your information, please tell us first and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and the current version is always at liveluxe.au/privacy-policy-page.
