Apartments in our care.

Ninety apartments in more than fifty buildings — most of them two-bedroom, in the towers of the CBD, Docklands and Southbank; the rest run from studios to a four-bedroom penthouse and two townhouses. Book any of them direct and one of us answers.

Melbourne CBD 49 apartments

Forty-nine apartments in about thirty buildings — the tall towers on Elizabeth and A’Beckett Streets, Flagstaff Gardens, the Paris End and the riverside blocks on Flinders Street.

Docklands 22 apartments

Twenty-two apartments, eighteen of them in the two La Trobe Street towers opposite Marvel Stadium.

Southbank 12 apartments

Twelve apartments between the river and the arts precinct, from Southbank Boulevard to the Stature tower on Hancock Street.

  • Thanks for an awesome stay. Loved the amenities, tea, coffee, sugar etc. Dishwashing liquid and laundry powder was so useful. Check-in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay again, everything you needed for a stay was there 🙏

  • Really good location in Docklands right next to Marvel, within walking distance of a lot of places. Had a great view of the stadium as well. Place was really nice and clean, had everything we needed.

  • This place was in a wonderful location, near excellent cafes, and easy walking distance from the arts precinct, and trams. It would have been helpful to have a non-slip mat in the bath to make it safer for getting in and out of the shower. That is the only suggestion. Everything else was ideal
